DownloadThis is the sample pack used to make the intro music for the YouTube channel 97PercentFire.
As explained in Episode 11 of the series 'How to Build a Home Recording Studio'.
I have created source sounds to produce a - sample-based - drum playback instrument.
It was hosted in Logics ‘Sampler’ the software sampler/playback engine.
Mapping of the kick was mainly the same as the GM drum map compatibility for core sounds.
The sounds have been created from 'analogue-style' subtractive synthesis methods, using only simple audio waveform e.g. sine, triangle, saw and/or square + white noise as their starting point.
Other synthesis methods such as FM, Granular and Wavetable, Additive where also used.
